Altruism - The New Age Organizational Culture.

Altruism or selflessness is the principle or practice of concern for the welfare of others. Altruism is, our moral obligation to bring benefit to customers.


Research shows generosity at work is a strong motivator that spurs increased productivity and creativity. Helping others, it seems, helps us. The greatest untapped source of motivation is service to others.

Maybe that's why there is research suggesting that the first instinct of humans is to contribute to the greater good at their own expense. We're wired to do what motivates us to do our best.

Thus we include this as part of our advisory to clients to enable them to achieve increased performance.
